’s Ask of Old Paths with you during these autumn months - especially as we shift toward a new liturgical year in the approach of Advent - has been re-orienting in the best way for me (and I hope has been invigorating for you, too).
As I’ve encountered the Medieval language of virtues & vices with Grace as my guide, words that had become diffused through overly-familiarity are unveiled to reveal incredible dimension and perspective. They’ve become helpful touchstones in my own day-to-day life, thanks to Grace’s uncanny ability to make these historical languages of word & symbol present to us today.
