I look forward to reading this book. You are a voice for our times, Kristen, much needed. I read your post a few weeks ago about “at home” time and hospitality. Appreciate you sharing your own journey. I have community in my church, such a blessing. But I’m reflecting how I can create more in my home and surrounding neighborhood.
Aunt Sharon, you are the sweetest! Thank you for being such a special inspiration. So much of this is "out of my wheelhouse," but your example of hospitality is such a help. :)
Kristin, you are too generous! I wish I could keep up on all you offer here, but I love to read when I can. At this point in life I have all I can do at times to keep up with my schedule, but I’ll be looking whenever possible! Keep up the good work. To God be the glory!❤️
Sarah's book is so good to chew on and savor, isn't it?! This will be a sweet springtime book...a bit like a coffee table book in many ways, which meets me right where I need it.
I followed through her blog and podcasts for a while but then fell away and I do like her writing so I will look for this book as this is a topic that is dear to my heart. Moving 28 times and trying to make each rental our home has been a life's work for me so I will be interested to read this and then discuss with you all.
Wow, 28 times - home-making is SO hard when trying to put down roots in many places, but you have such a hospitable spirit, I'm sure it just pours over!
I ordered the book. It’s my 54th birthday tomorrow and Geoff is still overseas so I told him it was his gift. I should have it this week some time to start reading. A very good gift.
Happy belated birthday, Cate!!! I hope you had a wonderful day, though I'm sorry Geoff was overseas. What a marvelous birthday gift to find a new book, though. :)

Yay! I’ve been following Christie for years. ❤️❤️
Her work is such a breath of fresh air!
This book looks amazing! Can’t wait to check it out.
You will LOVE it - and all of Christie's books!
I'm still busy working my way through the last book but I'm so intrigued by this one! Can't wait!

I think I'll be able to make both of these!
Yay!!
