Oh Nikki, I'm so thrilled that you'd found the Wild Iris earlier on - and that it's crossing your path again now! It's one of my absolute favorites, too.
I’ve been eating the spruce tip jelly on sourdough bread and it’s so delicious! But by far my favorite part of the box was the finishing salt. I’ve tried it on just about every type of meat and it’s sooooo good!
That salt really packs an amazing punch!! Rachael (the herbalist who made it) says she especially loves it on popcorn. :) I haven't tried that yet but it sounds delish.
I am enjoying the entire box! But the Wild Iris is one of my favorite books of poetry—thank you for bringing it back into my life.

I put that seasoning salt all over some chicken breasts and popped them in the oven- DELISH.
Oooooo YUM!! Simple+flavorful is my favorite!

I forgot about the jelly! I gave up sugar for lent and put it in the pantry. Just made sourdough spruce toast. NOM!!
Ooo I love when something set aside during Lent becomes an exciting surprise later! Yum!
