I looove this idea and would so love to be a part of it but I live in France... I'm assuming shipping costs would be insane unfortunately... any chance of some sort of "digital" box for those of us who don't live in the States?
Thank so much for your kind support and patience, Lexie! I've been wrestling with different ways of doing this, and also trying to figure out some reasonable shipping options...but you're right, the international rates have gotten crazy! I'm going to send a Substack private message to you & Catherine so that I can ramble a bit, and so that we can brainstorm together! :)
Thanks so much for this, Cate! I've been puzzling over options to find something that will hopefully work for both of you ladies... but the shipping prices have gotten really crazy. I'm going to send a group message to you & Lexie with a longer ramble and some ideas, so that we can work together!
When I click the upgrade button, I only see an annual subscription at $50/year or $5/month, not a $100 founding member’s subscription. Is there another button I should be clicking?
🤣 haha right?! Two of ours are girls, one born in spring and the other in fall...so the hand-me-downs from our older daughter are never quite in the right size or season for the littlest. Ack!
LOL y'all aren't helping ...in the waiting period between "baby could come any day!" and baby actually coming I'm just sinking deeper and deeper into little floral leggings and pink bows hahaha.
Hi Meagan!! Thanks so much for asking. The remaining autumn boxes got snatched up, but if you'd still interested in upgrading, your subscription would start with a winter box in December. :)
Thanks so much for your support, Trudy! My understanding is that, if you upgrade to a Founding Membership, the cost would be pro-rated. More details are shared here:
Hello Kristin! Is there a way to gift someone a Founding Membership? I'd love to purchase one for myself and my sister-in-law...together, we do monthly liturgical living gatherings where we plan special activities to show our small children that our faith has amazing, beautiful things to celebrate all year round! In the "gift" tab, I only saw options for monthly or annual subscriptions. Thank you!
Hi Kristine - thank you for your wonderful support and your kind words! I LOVE the idea of gifting a founding membership (what a generous, sympatico sister-in-law bond you two have!) This is actually something I submitted to customer support a couple of months ago. Substack doesn't have a way to gift a founding membership at this time, but one option would be to gift an annual paid membership to your SIL, and then send payment for the remaining difference for her founding upgrade via Venmo, PayPal, etc. (Then, I would go into the mechanics here and upgrade her manually... I know it all sounds a bit clunky, but I've found it works!) Please do feel free to let me know if you have any questions...I'm learning all the mechanics right alongside you! :)
I love that you've been hosting monthly liturgical living gatherings! What a wonderful gift to your families...those are memories that will last a lifetime for your sweet kiddos. :)
Amazing!! Ok, that is what I will do! I'm grateful you have looked into what comes across as a total tech headache to me!! Appreciate you and the beauty you bring to the planet. Looking forward to enhancing our family gatherings with your boxes and subscriber materials! And you are so right -- I am BLESSED to have gained a sister-in-law who challenges me to live more faithfully and support one another in our desire to raise our children in a liturgical way!!! (And look to for answers when our kids ask us "why do we have to clean the windows and sweep the floors?" on St. Zita's feast day, lol!!!)
LOL St. Zita would be so proud!! Living these rhythms in community is SO helpful...for my own part, I found that until I started to involve other people in these holy days, what I was doing felt more incomplete. That is so so special to share in all of that with a SIL and cousins! The solidarity aspect is crucial (for me, anyway...otherwise, it's easy for me to put things off!) My sister-in-law has been an immense support in our liturgical living habits, and it means the world to me. :)
And oh gosh, it's a pleasure to do my best to figure out some of the tech stuff...though I'm WAY behind the curve when it comes to untangling all of those things! I'm just grateful for how supportive and understanding everyone is as I try to sleuth out the tech.
Thank you so much!! I'm thrilled to have you on board and so very grateful :) I'm going to take a peek at all my supplies tomorrow and see what sort of goodies my potter friend has on hand so that I can spread the autumn box joy!

I live in Australia and so I have asked the same question of Kristin. She is looking into it.

Hello! I'm also in Australia and would love to hear your ideas. Shipping prices are so brutal indeed!
Hi Sarah! I just sent you a DM here on Substack. :)
Oh great! Thanks for letting me know!
I’ve been holding on to some birthday money for a couple of months and think I just decided what to do with it! Upgrading now 🕯️
Oh my goodness, I'm so tickled to have the honor of being part of your birthday gift! Thank you!!
When I click the upgrade button, I only see an annual subscription at $50/year or $5/month, not a $100 founding member’s subscription. Is there another button I should be clicking?
I think I finally managed to figure it out! 🤍
Thanks so much for your patience - the tech bits and bobs still elude me a bit, so I'm learning alongside you!
you know as soon as I financially recover from buying baby girl clothes I am 100% in!!!
This is so funny to me. Good luck because I have two girls, ages 4 and 2, and I see no financial recovery in sight 🤣🤣🤣
🤣 haha right?! Two of ours are girls, one born in spring and the other in fall...so the hand-me-downs from our older daughter are never quite in the right size or season for the littlest. Ack!

Don't even get me started on the Osh Kosh overall dresses for babies!!
Oh lovely, I feel ya - the baby girl clothes expense is SO real!
Me, please!
You know you get the steep family discount and the hand-delivery to your door, of course! :)
I’ll take the hand-delivery and greet you with a glass of cheer! How do we sign up?
Are there any spots left for the autumn box? :)
Hi Meagan!! Thanks so much for asking. The remaining autumn boxes got snatched up, but if you'd still interested in upgrading, your subscription would start with a winter box in December. :)
I just subscribed a couple months ago (I think) would that count toward the Founders fee?

Yes please! I’m not seeing a way to upgrade my membership. 🤔 The button isn’t working. 😆 I promise I’m normally fairly tech savvy!
I'm normally not very tech savvy, so I end up having to re-read FAQ pages a zillion times! 🤣 Here's one from Substack on how to do it:

You're so kind, Elizabeth!
lol thank you!! I will give this a try tomorrow on my computer which may work better! 🤞🏻😜
Turns out it was incredibly simple to upgrade on the website instead of in the app. 🤣 So glad to support your work, Kristin!!
Thank you, Elizabeth!! I love getting to connect with you in all these different ways. And LOL the app always throws me for a loop, too!
I’m in!
Done! I hope I managed to snag one of the last autumn boxes!!!
